How do I sign up?
Signing up is quick and simple, the sign up or join button is located on the left side of the page, and found right next to the add stuff button.
Simply fill in the quick info to start to grow your entourage and become part of the Texas Surf Network revolution.
How do I log in?
Logging in is fast and fun, click the login button located on the left side of the page, and found right next to the sign up box found on the left hand side of every page.
Then enter your user ID and Password to log in
How do I add(submit) stuff? News, events, articles, blogs, photos, videos, and my own original columns, forum posts and topics written here?
Click on the Add Stuff button found on every page, located on the left right next to the login button and or also located at the bottom of every listing page.
Then select the type of media you are posting an Article, Video, Photo, Blog, Forum Post or even your very own original Editorial or Column on the site.
Fill out the Title, Topics (Tags), Description, and area it relates to, give it a link back if you found it somewhere else, and a nice picture.
When you hit next it will submit your stuff and give you a chance if you submitted an image to edit and crop the image you submitted for it.
Just follow the easy directions. Resize and drag the crop box to it's largest size to crop and resize your cool picture.
How do I edit my profile?
First log in, then go to your profile button found on the left side of every page, experiment with it, this will take you to your profile page and profile edit page.
Also when visiting your profile when you are logged in you'll notice additional edit links you can use to access cool site services and customize your profile.
Clicking on an edit link found anywhere in your profile will take you to your edit page for that area.
To edit your profile simply fill in the information you want to change on your profile edit page and click the update button.
How do I add a default pic?
You can add a default profile image, used across the site to represent you, right from your profile edit page.
Visit your profile edit page, once there click browse in the user image box found on the page and upload the pic that most represents you.
The image must be a GIF, JPG, or PNG file and be less than 100k in size.
How do I add photos to the My Photos Area?
Log in and go to your profile, it's quick and easy to add photos.
To add photos just click the add link found at the top of My Photos area.
This will take you to your photo upload page, you may need to wait for a smidge while it sets up your page and the browse files button displays.
Once there click Browse Files to select the photos you want to upload to your profile, you can choose up to 20 different photos to upload to your profile.
Once you have selected your photos the files will display on the page ready to upload.
To begin the upload process, click on the start upload button. Once you have uploaded all the photos you want, click the "back to profile" button to return to your profile.
How do I add my Tag Line?
You can add or change your Tag Line from your profile edit page.
Log in and click edit any where in your profile to visit your profile edit page.
You can type in a Tag Line of up to 80 Characters in the Tag Line box.
Always remember to click update on your profile edit page to update your profile.
How do I add my about me?
You can add or change your About Me from your profile edit page.
Log in and click edit any where in your profile to visit your profile edit page.
Edit your About Me.

How do I build up my Entourage?
This is easy just start submitting your work, posts and other cool stuff you find on the web for others to view, when somebody votes, and comments on your submissions your internet popularity grows and so does your following at Texas Surf Network.
The more you submit the faster your popularity and following will grow.
Get a true reading on your popularity, increase your visibility on the net and get discovered while you dominate the net.
What is My Posts?
Your My Posts can be found on the left hand side of your profile.
It keeps track of the items that you have created and posted.
What is My Votes?
Your My Votes can be found on the left hand side of your profile.
It keeps track of the items that you voted on.
What is my Posts Commented On?
Your Posts Commented On can be found on the left hand side of your profile.
It keeps track of the items and posts you comment on.
How do I invite Friends to Texas Surf Network?
It's super easy!
Clicking on the "Invite Friends to Join" button in your profile is a cool, quick way to invite and get all your friends to the site to join in the fun, to see your work, share what you post, create, and submit, and read what you've written, watch hot videos and more.
When you click on the invite friends button in your profile, you'll be invited to enter in their email addresses.
You'll want to always remember to separate each of their email addresses entered with a semi-colon.
You can also cut and paste them in from your email addressbook. People invited will be added to your Inner Circle at Texas Surf Network.
How do I edit and set the areas my profile displays?
You can add or change the areas that your profile displays from your profile edit page.
Log in and click edit any where in your profile to visit your profile edit page.
Once on your profile edit page, click the config button found on the top of the profile edit page.
Then select the optional areas by clicking the check box next to them that you want to display.
In the beginning all areas are selected for display.
Click the update button to update and display the selected areas. Experiment with the areas until you get the right ones for you.
How do I Search People?
Visit the people area, by selecting People from the top menu on the site.
You can search people by shuffle, top posters, top voters, top commenters and soon to be more using the menu that displays under the tabs.
